Using VB 2008 Express Edition. It's free and easier than C#.
Visual Basic is obviously really outdated and no one should ever develop anything at all in this language in the year of 2010.

Tres Simple pour la programmation
vb6.exe is Visual Basic 6, that's why I am here :) I use it only to read some old code, not to write, so as for me, it's ok :)
