bad interface, bad bad
Not bad - simple easy to use Twitter client, but since #newtwitter came out, I use that in Prism.
Simple, customizable microblogging client that supports Twitter as well as Identi.ca.
Horrible >.<
Seesmic is great on Windows and Linux... but Tweetie is well worth switching to Mac for!

Never tried any other desktop Twitter client, but I'd say this definitely gets the job done. Receive and post Tweets, all the basics.
