TED Notepad is extremely simple yet functional Windows' Notepad replacement. The interface is bare minimum. It has various text manipulation features. Fast and no frills.
This is a great notepad replacement with mission critical features for text editors. Does a lot for its size.
One of the lightest notepad replacements with a tonne of features and it still looks like good ol' notepad.
