Teamspeak is becoming my favorite Push-to-talk communication program. It supports hot-key mapping and multiple sound cards.
It's just like IRC, except you can voicechat with others. What's a great thing!

Use it all the time while playing specially MMORPG. It's very light and easy to use. Like it a lot! (Even when I'm not playin haha)

very useful when you have a bunch of folks playing a game together. In my case that would be TF2. I even went as far as setting up my own team speak server for my coworkers and I to use when we can in the evenings.

Its pretty simple and useful tool.
TS 3 Client has pretty good voice quality. UI's a bit messy all-in-all this is excellent for a good communication system.
