It allows you to browse your working copies, spot changes and operate on them but also to browse logs and revisions of your repositories !

Nice free GUI on the Subversion commands.
This is app for managing Subversion on Mac OS X.
It's great because it's free and with source available: I'm using my own enhanced version which shows our Bug comments as links to our Bugzilla system.
