Great improvements in the UI, but still some work needed to start attracting new projects again...
Pretty good, though it doesn't have much over Google Code other than the ability to host your own website.

Downloaded from it for years, but just started using it as a SVN host...I couldn't figure GitHub out at all, SourceForge didn't have the easiest interface to find my way around, but it worked out...free SVN hosting!
Has been overtaken by GitHub from its throne but still hosts a lot of useful FOSS projects.
Not really my favorite place to host my own projects, but I certainly don't mind it when others use it. It's not a bad deal!
