It's ok, but it's not very user friendly. Many features doesn't exist or is hidden in weird places, the guys creating this really needs to go an HCI course

What else can I say? This app has the native chatting and video calling system just like the other messengers out there.
However, I just got amazed on how beautiful the interface is on Mac. I think the developer has really made a good job on this one.
I also like the group chatting system in Skype since you could always follow your friends' conversations even after you've gone offline.
Skype saves the entire conversations history which is a good thing to keep track with whatever your friends were talking. It also has that 'quoting' and 'deleting' system to put a full control of your conversations.
Really Good, Maybe The Best...
It has some qwirks and doesnt work very well on linux. But it is easy to learn and is a simple way to call grandma or just IM for awile.
