An adventure/RPG game on Mac

Ever wonder how things might be different, if you could go back in time and re-live your past? The main character of Shira Oka: Second Chances is given that chance to find out. Will he get his act together, and become the person he always wanted to be? Will he pass all his classes with flying colors? Will he fall in love with the girl of his dreams? Or will he end up sad and lonely once again? His fate is in your hands. You control how he spends his time, who he becomes friends with, and who he falls in love with... if anyone. But no matter what choices you make, get ready for a roleplaying experience unlike any other.

This game is what I would consider the first credible attempt at a completely American-developed dating-sim game. In development for over 5 years, and it shows - the amount of detail, thought, care, and love put into this title really shines. The character customization and development system is a cut above what you'd find in your typical Japanese dating-sim, and offers much more depth in terms of how you develop your character, and adds to the game's replay value (since the choices you make in developing your character affect the path you take in the game, the choices available to you in conversation, etc.) Decent voice acting, great graphics, and a nice soundtrack. And I would like to applaud the developers for making the decision to support both Mac and Windows right out of the gate.
