The best for what it does, but still seems very inefficient and difficult to use.
I had a lot of problems with it, the web client didn't manage install through at first, some javascript error. Desktop version did not work in openSUSE at all. The interface is quite ugly. +1 for ping.fm support that TweetDeck does not have. Android client is too limited.

I really like Seesmic for Windows. I especially like the alternate views; one for your main view, and another where you can pick a handful of lists to follow. Between the two you might be able to get an overview of everyone you're following.
Seesmic desktop it's a lot better

It's amazing, it integrates perfectly with Aero and has official RT... BUT, it's leaking lots of features compared to HootSuite.
Its the best you can use 'Twitter' app rather than that crappy air version ! No options for display settings ! Best in search and lists. You can use multiple accounts too !
I love Seesmic Desktop. I use it on linux and I really think it's the best twitter client.
Not only is Seesmic for Windows an excellent Twitter app, it seems the developers intend to keep it that way. I've seen instances where they've made changes to it mere hours after receiving suggestions.

Perfect Twitter client and better then Tweetdeck. Sometimes little errors, but works smoothly on Mac OSX.
