Very useful, when you're in trouble -- and know, how to use it. (That means: Apple, some extra-help for dummies would be nice.)
Excelente native tool on mac
Helped me solve my network connection problem when I switched my Wi-Fi protection from WEP to WPA. But when I had Hackint0sh, it never helped me.
When I've had issues... the network diagnostics have never solved the problem. So it would be nice if this had more advanced features for troubleshooting built in.
