Have used mp3TagStudio, but as I have some filters that are unreplaceb le on an dead hard drive I have used this program to tag my mp3 files.

i tried some tagging programs but by far this is the best of em!very simple and useful interface+fast operations...and id3 v2.3 and 2.4 support makes it pretty good,.
Teh best tagger. Works with Music Brainz, Amazon, etc. Renaming options, tag to name, name to tag, etc.. Whatever, great for organize your library :)

Tool of choice for large digital audio collections. Would have liked an audio fingerprinting feature (like Gracenote) though.
Absolutely love this software. Fast at indexing, renaming, etc.. Doesn't use GTK or Java like the other tools, which saves memory. Very satisfied.

Its most commonly used features are easy to use, but advanced tools are also available, including autotagging, batch file renaming, automatic track numbering, and customized macros.
It's free, easy, powerful and is definitely worth a try. If music is important to you, then Mp3Tag will be too. :D
