I really miss mixi, and totally regret closing my account way back before the foreigner block was implemented. Great site, and a really fun way to learn Japanese and network.

I hate this service! Because the service provider company think it's benefits first not user's, I think.

good site and easy to use! but yes now you need a japanese e-mail to use it! i was lucky enough to get invited and create a mixi before this new rule! but it is a kinda closed enviroment SNS site! but i like it it can be really fun sometimes

Nice SNS.

However, if it wasn't the largest in Japan, i wouldn't use this.
i sometimes feel that some new features are annoying....

Nice social network, but it's really restricted and the interface is a little confusing at first.

Easy to use, but very closed environment SNS. It cannot collaborate with 3rd party Web service except RSS feed.

Japan's biggest social networking site. Unfortunately, only those with a Japanese cell phone email address can join now, making it virtually inaccessible to those not living in Japan (unless you got in before they made this rule). Otherwise, it has some cool features that other SNS's don't, and is a pretty good way to network, though I prefer Facebook.

Japanese largest SNS site. Good at communicationg each other.
