Came with a purchase of my Buffalo external hard drive and could not live without it.
It automatically makes a copy of the file onto my external hard drive as soon as it picks it up on my main system. Useful for those times I had to reformat my computer.
It also gives you the option to store your files online, on a network, USB device, or an iPod.
However, it will only store important, personal files and will not backup actual system files like your OS etc etc.
