RIP LaLa...
What I see is the shutdown notice, as described earlier by @parto.
The Lala service has been discontinued as of May 31st, 2010 :-?? ?
I loved Lala and am still furious at Apple for shutting it down
Is dead =/
Now that Lala is closing its service, it will be interesting if Apple create some sort of cloud base iTunes.
Features rates high because a) I can listen to my odd collection over the web and b) I can easily share MOST songs on Twitter/Facebook.
The interface itself is slow sometimes, and the catalog is full of errors and doesn't always recognize my tunes.
The BEST online music store and listening site, period.
This is a very cool way of checking out music. Me Likey!
Great way to find the song you want quickly. The web album is a great option if you don’t want to spend more on the full mp3s.
awful
i love this service!
It could use some work on making it a little easier to browse and play stuff from your collection (I have well over 1,000 albums uploaded) - but in terms of value, finding new music and having my music available anywhere with a browser, it's awesome.
Lala has become my go-to player. All my music, at home or at work -- plus access to a well priced and easy to use market place. It can now integrate with Facebook and last.fm. It is an exceptional service with few limitations. My only wish is mp3's purchased could be downloaded more than one time. Just in case.
Sucks that this is only available in the US. As usual those of us who live in the back end of the world gets left behind. Boo :'(
