The fastest and most versatile image viewer on Windows. Also offers basic but useful image editing. The Paint dialog as well as the UI could do with some serious updating, however.

I have used this for MANY years and found it to be invaluable. This is not a full fledged image editor, it is however extremely fast and feature filled with easy tools for a lot of editing needs.

Combine this with many available plugins and filter support. It is invaluable to me and one of the first things I install.

The performance of this viewer is acceptable but Paint.Net is almost as fast and is a full fledged image editor.

This is one of the best freeware image editing software i have used. Its light weight, ability of support a large number of file formats and intutive usage and features makes it very useful.

i have been using this software now for over 2 years. I use it to play gifs and other pictures which Vlc player wouldn't open. This software is very fast and easy to use. you can extract frames from avi files. This and some other complicated stuff (which I may be unfamiliar of) make it the best graphic viewer.

Great piece of software. I only use it to see through my picture folders, because that's all i do, but this is the handiest picture viewer i've tried!

IrfranView is light and fairly easy to use.. a much usable app for when you need some to do some basic picture editing.
