The 12th most popular development manager on Mac OS X

Instruments is an application for dynamically tracing and profiling Mac OS X code. It is a flexible and powerful tool that lets you track one or more processes and examine the collected data. In this way, Instruments helps you understand the behavior of both user programs and the operating system.

Just as good as Shark, but with some niceness and extra pepper... the interface is better and process binding is perfectly.
Did I mention it attaches to your iPhone/iPad software too ? Live.. on the device you can see the code you've done, running, what it is doing low-level and debug every little aspect of the software behaviour.
A must-have for any iPhone/iPad and Mac developer.
