I use FSViewer 4.6 open Traditional Chinese's filename EX: 功.png 髏.png
Will not be able to open.
But rename is can open.
In XP SP3.

Best replacement image Viewer, and basic edit from ACDsee. Very fast and intuitive. Thumbs up!
Great looking and reasonably fast, it is a natural replacement for AcdSee.
I have tried sevaral image viewers, this support transparency perfectly, either you resizing or changing the color depth, the image won't lose its transparent background. IrfanView, XnView and some others are not good enough.
I use Picasa for browsing while using this for converting and simply editing.
Now I mainly use this for browsing a bunch of images and converting(lanczos3).

non è male. semplice e con funzioni suplementari. meglio che picasa o Microsoft. non fa casino con le immagini come es.picasa
