The most popular social network tool on the Web
… More EditFacebook is a social networking website launched on February 4, 2004. The free-access website is privately owned and operated by Facebook, Inc. Users can join networks organized by city, workplace, school, and region to connect and interact with other people. People can also add friends and send them messages, and update their personal profile to notify friends about themselves. The website's name refers to the paper facebooks depicting members of a campus community that some US colleges and preparatory schools give to incoming students, faculty, and staff as a way to get to know other people on campus.

Meh, it keeps me in contact with high school friends, old teachers and relatives half way across the globe. Good enough.
For casuals.
Terrible
it's popular social tool.
but as other says: Just wasting time :d
A perfect tool for wasting time.
واسه وقتایی که می خوای نفهمی زمانت چجوری میگذزه!
Just Wasting time
فقط وقت تلف کردنه!

Used only for communicating with others that have only facebook and doing that via Trillian too. Dont do much inside facebook interface in web though, occasional postin and looking friends profiles but thats it.
Wish they would quit changing stuff but still a great time waster!
You cannot view public trending topics and fun stuff from other people on Facebook. There is no Stream.
Nice social network with a nice large user base.
The interface got more comprehensible with timeline, but friends lists are still horribly complicated to make. A thousand buttons to click to get it done. And another thousand to even view your friends. Google+ is more simple and offers more (Sparks, Hangouts). Not writing anymore cos Alex-Claude Poon has summed it all up nicely in a few reviews before mine.
Better than Google plus. But still a terrible time waister!
