The 2nd most popular file sharer on Linux
… More EditDeluge is a full-featured BitTorrent client for Linux, Unix and Windows. It uses libtorrent in it's backend and PyGTK for it's user interface.
Deluge features a rich plugin collection; in fact, most of Deluge's functionality is available in the form of plugins.
Deluge was created with the intention of being lightweight and unobtrusive. It is our belief that downloading shouldn't be the primary task on your computer and therefore shouldn't monopolize system resources.
Deluge is not designed for any one desktop environment and will work just fine in GNOME, KDE, XFCE and others.

برنام تورنت قوي افضلة على utorrnt للتحميل من التراكرات الخاصة
Recently switched from µTorrent. I'm liking the extra options available with Deluge. This is occasionally more memory hungry than µ' and the interface isn't as nice (uses GTK), but thanks to it's plug-in architecture there are more options and user expandability without creating bloat in the program.
Win7
下载速度比transmission快多了
I like it because it gives me some freedom - I can launch daemon on my main computer and sometimes control it from laptop, netbook, etc. Nnnice!
Best Linux torrent client, in Windows I have BitComet and in Ubuntu, Deluge!
I still like transmission but I can find deluge a bit useful but missing blacklist unlike transmission.performance wise it's great.the interface is a bit similarity to transmission and sort of a client like
qbitorrent.I wish there was a a search on deluge like qbitorrent.
All in all not so bad.
It's cross platform and it's pretty good. I still haven't found a better Linux torrent client. Windows has uTorrent and it's better mainly because it works better for me on Win.
A great torrent client, which is really fast. Just that we need to know how to configure the client according to the bandwidth.
خوبه دیگه
Отличная вареная колбаса!
a lot better than Transmission

Amazing
according to the comparsion of bittorrent clients http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_BitTorrent_clients#Features_I it can be because of the "NAT traversal" technology, though looks like new versions of uTorrent and Mainline have it, too.
Fact is I'm actually getting faster speeds than any other client with Deluge, not sure why maybe because of a slower connection that I have but nevertheless I manage to get full speed with any torrent, even those that uTorrent and Mainline(official Bittorrent client) wouldn't even start downloading. And Vuze is more like a joke, I mean really It's a disaster, it can't even handle priorities, so Deluge all the way :) even if someday I change back to Windows(which is unlikely, even Win7 didn't do good enough)
Best torrent downloader so far for Gnome
