French concurrent for youtube, features better look, better quality and now they've deleted the 20 minute limit for the non-motionmaker users ! Awesome website.

instead of 11 minute video uploads like youtube, Dailymotion lets you upload 20 minute videos.
Its search feature is quite poor but it seems like the videos are as good as Youtube in quality.
