It does exactly what it's supposed to. Toshiba isn't so great, but whatever.
Great tool on all laptops.
Great tool if you need to save battery while using your drive, or to quiet the drive when quietness is a must. Doesn't use hardly any memory, so it stays loaded even though I hardly use it.
Works good on my toshiba laptop.
