Candybar easily changes your icons. It also handles your icons elegantly. You can always add a new pack of icons and delete them easily. If you're a deskmodder, you simply can't ignore this awesome app. However it's a bit expensive.
In the limited arena of Mac OS X customization, CandyBar is the best.

Great application for changing icons in OS X, usually this is annoying and needs to be changed icon by icon but thanks to this little gem you download a package and one click applies it to the system, couldn't be easier.
