… More EditBorderlands is a science fiction first-person shooter game with RPG elements created by Gearbox Software. It features a graphics style that mixes realism with a comic book "Cel-shaded" look for it's graphics style.
The Player is given a choice between 4 different characters from the beginning, and is told about a mystical object of many people's desire, "The Vault" and is sent out on a quest to find it.(If it even exists)
It also has a multiplayer selection which allows players to team up with others online and do quests, level up, and even the occasional duel to fight one another.
Since it's release it has had 4 expansion packs. The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx and Claptrap's New Robot Revolution.

This game is an excellent Action/RPG, especially in coop, though it is kinda boring in single mode. Also, I think it lacks a little something but I can't seem to get my finger on it. For a reason I can't understand, it is also stating that there's a lvl 2 mission I didn't do, even though I did at least one month ago and I also experienced a few crashes (which is pretty common in the Action/RPG style).
One of my very favorite games. Rare to find a game of this caliber that supports LAN play nowadays. My only gripe comes from the interface being a bit clumsy on PC (made for consoles).
Simply the best FPS RPG ever! Love the story, love the 17 billion guns ingame, love the cartoony graphics .. this game is freaking awsome!
Playing it co-op mode with your friends will make the monsters harder to kill making the game a real challenge! And remember: tougher monsters is better loot!
Dont forget to try out the DLC's! All together they will give you 75+ more missions to do.
Also the Secret Armory of General Knoxx is heaven for every Borderland addict!
Bought it for €7,50 on Steam and therefore my best investment in years ;)

I love the random weapons, you can be very sure of having something special and unique. Like an incendiary rocket launcher that fires 6 shots per second! Works great with nVidia 3D Vision too!
