I use this application daily, sifting though and sorting photos. It was a cinch to learn, being an Apple product, and I keep discovering more and more great features. Having so many output options buit right in to the software makes it a Photoshop/Bridge killer for me.
Aperture is a great application. The metadata feature is very instrumental with my clients and it's worth taking the time to take care of this before uploading and distributing to clients. Protect your images. The preset feature is great!
I think the only photography application you will ever need.
Simple as it is .. with a powerful management :)
This is a very good Program that can handle all your photos. It make managing alot of photos much easier and faster.
I now understand digital photography in a much deeper way - and file management stress is completely removed.
Organising photo's & video's couldn't be easier!
Aperture is amazing and the tutorial and files that come with the software are a great way to become acclimated with the app. I am looking forward to creating slide shows with video and audio files incorporated. The integration of Aperture and iPhoto helps with the work flow. I was able to drag from iPhoto into Aperture and send my gallery to mobileme from within the program! I really see the potential and its' well worth the $199.00.
On Aperture: “راااااائع يجمع بين الفوتوشوب وفلاتر كثيرة يستخدمها المصورون المحترفين >> مستعدة للكام الإحترافي مع هذا البرنامج بقوووة Amazing Pro Camera shots or digital one a lot of effects u can add to ur shots to make it more artistic :) love it”delete
Organizing photo's couldn't be easier! It has a lot of photo editting features but I still use Photoshop for some modifications. But it's great and easy.
Used to be a heavy Picasa user, then switched to iPhoto but Aperture 3 has now become my favourite photo manager. Provides me with the exact photo management workflow I have been looking for.
It's not intuitive to set up - and the complexity of decisions relating to external or internal storage should perhaps be subject to a set up walkthrough - but once you're in, it seems good and makes picture management much more pleasurable.
Relative to Lightroom the price seems reasonable, but maybe comparisons to Picasa should be more readily drawn and makes $199 see, a little steep.
Heavy and bloeated but still awesome
With Aperture 3 you can have amazing presets for your special photographic style, which you can apply to all your newly imported photos while being imported ;)
Very powerful, great add-ons, and very powerful.
Just getting to grips with this, and finding out what it can do, have got my iPhoto galleries imported.. and seems to have a LOT of features.
