It's the only dog in the Windows .Net race, really, but it's really creaky, even in its latest incarnation. There are drag'n'drop features from C++Builder 10 years ago that are still missing. And I find it hard to fathom why some Windows APIs are still missing from .Net. Given a choice, I'd rather use Qt Creator & Emacs.
