Hi frankn, I just posted version 1.51 of Dolphin3D at http://www.dolphin3d.com/downloads - it fixes a Gmail loading problem and includes an early peek at some new built-in tools. I'm particularly happy with the "Cache Media Tool" accessible via the Tools menu. You should give it try. Next big thing I'm working on is spawning super-minimal browser windows (thinner than Chrome) out of Dolphin for uncluttered web app use (but with a lot of functionality still nearby). I'll let you know when it's ready. Thanks again for giving Dolphin a good run. - Ron

Hello frankn - Overlord!, Noticing that you recently used the Dolphin3D Web Browser again, I wanted to make sure you knew a new version (1.50) is available on CNET download.com as of a few days ago. Some flamer came by and ragged on it in a review there but I personally guarantee to you that it's the best version of Dolphin3D so far. If you decide to upgrade you might want to visit http://www.dolphin3d.com/downloads and download the one-time upgrade instructions (necessitated by extensive Vista and Windows 7 security changes I made for v1.50). Thanks again for giving Dolphin3D a try - I work very hard on it and hope you find each succeeding version to be more capable and excellent than the last. - Ron By the way, the next version I'm working on right now will have a cool "cache browser" that lets you preview and save flash (and other format) videos, as well as pictures and docs, etc. stored in the cache. If you have other feature requests I'd love your input.

I life Fences for organizing the Desktop. Instead of a plethora of icons all over the place, Fence holds them in boxes which are scrollable, thus a cheap form of stackinh icons. I never noticed any graphic refresh issues or slowing of the computer.

"Even though it is light on resources, the download speed is low. It took days to complete download one movie(average about 1Gb)?! Any better torrent client out there?"

actually, it's a peer-to-peer program, so the download speed is based on the users you're downloading from, not the program. :|

Beware of anything to do with 'crimeinc' - I received an invite & message of adding me as his/her contact this morning & found no such name identity in Wakoopa! Something fishy is going on here...
